What's Human+ and Human? Human+ and Human are type of badges we have at ROOTCON


What is the difference between Human+ and Human badges? Human+ badge is bundled with training that will be held on September 25, while Human badge access is only for the main conference that will be held on September 26 & 27.


Does the registration includes my accommodation? No, registration does not cover your accommodation this is conference access only!

I am a newbie / n00b can I attend? Yes, of course, ROOTCON is a very diverse environment, old and young, elite and n00bs. We are here to gather and learn from each other.


What do I need to bring, do I need to bring laptop? It depends how you are participating at conference, if you will be playing CTF yes you will need a laptop. If you are a lurker, meeting friends (old and new) or just listening to the talks, you probably won't need one.


Is the badge electronic this year? It's part of the element of ROOTCON surprise. We do not disclose our badge type and design until the conference day, however we recommend you to sign-up early for you to get the official RC18 badge.


Do you sell swags on-site? Yes we do, however sizes might be very limited, so we suggest you buy online via our Official Lazada shop.


What health protocols is currently in place for Human+ & Human attendees? Since from the Covid-19 pandemic from requiered wearing of masks to just recommended, if you are no longer comfortable wearing mask, you may opt not to do so.


How do we book at Taal Vista Hotel? We will be providing booking codes as soon as we open registration. Hotel accommodation terms and condition may apply.
