ROOTCON 20 is now accepting Village applications.

Villages are one of the core parts of ROOTCON. They are spaces where people gather to build, break, experiment, teach, and learn through hands-on interaction. Some are technical deep dives. Some are controlled chaos.

We’re looking for Villages that encourage participation, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether it’s workshops, demos, mini-competitions, live labs, hardware tables, or interactive environments—if people can touch it, learn from it, or hack on it, it belongs here.

This year, we’re especially looking to expand with Villages focused on IoT and embedded systems, ICS/SCADA, AI and LLM security, SDR and RF hacking, wireless security, biohacking, and experimental technology.
