ROOTCON 20 is now accepting submissions.
We’re looking for work that’s real. Technical, practical, and grounded in experience. Offensive, defensive, hardware, software, networks, humans—if it matters to the community, it belongs here.
Show us what you’ve built, broken, tested, or learned. New research is good. Clear, usable knowledge is better. If someone can walk away from your talk knowing something they didn’t before, you’re on the right track.
No need for polish. No need for a big name. Just bring something worth sharing.
CFP is open.
Submit your talk at: https://rootcon.org/html/rc20/callforpapers
The wait is over—registration for ROOTCON 20 is officially open.

Whether you’ve been here since the early days or you’re stepping in for the first time, ROOTCON 20 is your space—and this one will be extra special.

The Call for Sponsors for ROOTCON 20 is now live.
For our 20th year, we’re doing a few things differently. We’re opening the call for sponsors earlier than usual so everyone has enough time to prepare and plan for what we expect to be a big ROOTCON celebration.
ROOTCON has always been about the community—people who build, break, defend, and share what they learn along the way. Sponsoring ROOTCON isn’t just about putting up a logo. It’s about showing up, engaging with the community, and being part of the conversations that happen throughout the event.
If your organization has been looking for a way to support the community and be part of ROOTCON 20, now’s your chance to step in and take part.
